Deliver Policy -
To help ensure on-time delivery, place your order at least one day in advance. We will try our best to make deliveries at a specific time of day, but we cannot guarantee it. Same‑day delivery is unavailable. Orders placed today will be delivered the following day.
A local delivery fee of $5.00 will be added to each order for each address. (The fee for local deliveries that exceed 5 miles will fluctuate.)
Substitution Policy -
Due to regional flower availability, substitutions may be needed to create your bouquet. Flowers of comparable value are arranged to preserve the arrangement's design, theme, and color scheme. For specific flower or color requests, please reach out to us prior to ordering to ensure availability.
